I often use herbal medicine for natural stress relief; it can tone down the stress response enabling you to cope more easily with day-to-day pressures.
Stress treatment also involves learning some simple relaxation techniques for natural stress relief. Once learnt, these techniques can be used to deal effectively with both acute and long-term stress.
